How to Join Kairos Health Systems
Several membership options are available to access services provided by Kairos. All members are required to be non-profit organizations. Applicants for full participation in all services must commit to a due diligence process before being approved by the Kairos Board of Directors. For those interested only in Group Purchasing services, the application process involves an accounts payable reference check and approval by the President/CEO of Kairos.
Membership Categories include:
- Kairos Stockholders who upon approval make an investment in the Kairos organization, participate in the leadership and direction of the organization, and are eligible with the execution of a participation agreement to participate in insurance payer contracting, group purchasing, and consulting services.
- Kairos Contracted Partners, upon approval and the execution of a participation agreement, pay a yearly membership fee to participate in insurance payer contracting, group purchasing, and consulting services.
- Kairos Group Purchasing Participants, upon approval, are eligible to participate in group purchasing and consulting services. Group Purchasing participants do not have access to the insurance contracting service.
- Non Kairos members are eligible for most consulting services including Claims Recovery, but do not have access to any insurance contracting or group purchasing services.
All insurance contracting services are associated with a semi annual fee, based upon utilization of these services.
