Kairos Team
The Kairos team is committed to serving its members to improve insurance reimbursement, provide cost savings, ensure delivery of high quality service, and provide resources to meet the changing healthcare environment. The Kairos personnel are experience professionals specializing in clinical, financial, operational, and administrative services.
The Kairos team is made up of:
- The President/CEO reports directly to the Kairos Board of Directors and is responsible for the overall direction and management of the organization.
- The Health Services Contract Manager is responsible for negotiation and maintenance of all insurance contracts as well as troubleshooting issues related to service coverage and reimbursement for the Kairos membership. In addition the Contract Manager offers support to the membership to stay current in the ever changing payer environment.
- The Member Services Representative supports the Health Services Contract Manager in providing customer service. This person assists with credentialing, claims recovery and troubleshooting payer issues. In addition, the member services representative provides support information related to coverage and reimbursement for the Kairos members.
- The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing new business for the group purchasing and consulting services. In addition, he/she is responsible for ensuring quality services to the Kairos members and improving member satisfaction with the Kairos service providers.
- The Administrative Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the office and all accounting procedures.
