Participant Registration

To register to attend the education conference and trade show, click on either the Member Registration Form or if you are not a Kairos Member, the Non Member Registration Form. Complete the form and then email it to admin@kairoshealthsystems.com or fax it to (717) 509-9717.

Registration fees apply to non members only and should be mailed at least 15 days before the conference to:
