Bio-Team Mobile, LLC is licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland to provide an economical and customer focused service for the transportation of infectious (red bag) and chemotherapeutic waste from the facility to the disposal site in accordance with regulatory requirements. To facilitate the transportation, facilities are provided with properly labeled corrugated boxes, red bags to line the box, labels, tape to close the box, and the manifest. On an agreed upon regular schedule, the boxes are picked up at the facility by uniformed drivers. When requested by the facility, Bio-Team Mobile provides training on proper packaging of infectious and chemotherapeutic waste.
Additional training is also available on OSHA Compliance Awareness in blood-borne pathogens, personal protective equipment (PPE), sharps, hazardous communication, exposure control plan and DOT hazardous material packaging.
